Is that the author's real SSN?! What does it mean that by the end we are in negative-bracket-land--there are two more close-brackets than there were open-brackets, and that has to be important in a note like this.

I kinda think this isn't Found material -- there are tons of lunatic leaflets out there if they wanted 'em. Found strikes me as providing glimpses into the everyday lives of 'normal' people who perhaps have a rather different kind of normal than many, but aren't in the clearly-crazy category.
