On a grey and rainy Saturday, I sat down at Kam's PC...

it's fun to see what kind of universe Google calculator lives in:

-500 fahrenheit in kelvin?
    -500 degrees Fahrenheit = -22.4055556 Kelvin

3i meters * 2i meters?
    ((3 * i) meters) * (2 * i) meters = -6 m^2

50 degrees F + 10 degrees F?
    (50 degrees Fahrenheit) + (10 degrees Fahrenheit) = 270.927778 degrees Celsius

Interestingly, 5 degrees c + 5 degrees c produced 283.15 degrees c, when it is, in fact, 283.15 K. So the google calculator clearly gets confused by adding temperatures. Although 271 K is just under 30 degrees F, which doesn't directly correspond to any possible answer.

I kinda prefer the following:

50 degrees F + 10 degrees F in degrees F?
(50 degrees Fahrenheit) + (10 degrees Fahrenheit) = 519.67 degrees Fahrenheit

By the way, Google is less confused if you differentiate between

degrees Celsius (a temperature)

and

Celsius degrees (a change in temperature, a difference between temperatures)
